Our Return Policy

We agree to replace any defective merchandise during the 90-day warranty period. Defective products returned to us in the original packaging will be replaced as received.

A 20% restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a company credit is requested within 90 days of purchase. No cash refunds will be issued.

The returned item should include a note explaining the problem and the appropriate "return shipping address". Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

You will receive an email from our returns department informing you of your company credit after it has been applied to your account. Shipping will not be refunded or credited for non-defective returns.

No returns sent COD (cash on delivery) will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.

You can reach us by using our contact page. If using the form, please provide a valid email address where you can be contacted. Also, include the Order ID in your return request so we can find the specific order you're needing assistance with in our system.
